When workplace conflicts are unable to be resolved by the parties involved, it is time to call in a third party mediator. Mediators create space, making room for the parties involved to come to mutually acceptable and agreed upon resolutions to their issues.

A typical mediation process takes three to five hours. At 3P, the mediation process includes meeting separately with each party two times in preparation for the final meeting where all parties are present.

 3P follows best practices in mediation, where mediators are independent and neutral, and the mediation is:
